I am pretty certain that my true step count would be something like 20,000 if only I had remembered to keep my phone in my pocket at all times. I don’t wear a fitness tracker these days, so I’ve got to keep the phone on my person! But I forget.
My activities of the day included sweeping and mopping my kitchen floor, going to a bike shop and taking some e-bikes out for a test ride (and buying one!), as well as helping my sister all afternoon to get her house ready to go on the market.
I was moving non-stop all day. Did I remember that I should be recording my steps and keep my phone in my pocket? No!
That’s okay. It was a fun and active day! (And yes I had to wear a coat to test ride the bikes. It was cold!)
Thanks for reading!

So glad you are feeling better!🤗Very healthy @actifit steps, even if you didn’t record 100% of them!💪
A busy Sunday..
Now that's odd 😂😂
Usually Sunday's lazy days
I used to get so frustrated if I had forgotten to carry my phone and only showed a measly few thousand steps at the end of what I knew was a busy day. I've also been really surprised that I have done over 5,000 steps just moving about the house tidying up!
Which bike did you decide on in the end? I'm thinking about an electric bike for this summer and I've been looking at folding ones. It seemed sensible for the caravan, I could fold it up and put it away when I wasn't using it. They are a fair investment, though, about £1,500.
