Hola amigos de Actifit, hoy tenía planeado ir a la vereda a ver a mis compañeros entrenar pero la doctora me envió para ver si podía pasar por la clínica a qué me quitarán los puntos.

Al llegar esperamos un rato ya que estaban atendiendo a otra persona, después de que me quitarán los puntos le pregunté cuando empezaba a entrenar, el 10 de octubre empiezo, también le pregunté si podía hacer estiramientos y entrenar flexibilidad y me dijo que si, lo que no puedo hacer es cargar peso y todavia no puedo empezar con mis entrenamientos normales.
