Completed the U Can Finish 5 Mile & 2 Mile Presented by AdventHealth 2024

Ran a total of 7 miles by completing the 2 Mile then 5 Mile runs and got through each without any walking. Straight running or into a jog to catch my breath or two.
This was Tiffany’s and my third time doing this particular UCF event but the first two times we did the five miler only.
This year I signed up to do the challenge of running both. Tiffany’s kids came with us so she did the Two Miler with them since they are not as active as they should be. They are skinny so they are fine. They are the younger two.
The older one is 25 and over but he didn’t come with us. He came with us the first time we participated in this event but he was still living at home with us. He has his own life now, has a job and lives with his Dad.

With my three medals and Tiffany’s we get to add four more medals to our collection. The kids will have to start their own collection lol. No room for theirs 🤪
