Festive Active: Mount Dora

Today was not about Tiffany’s and my usual Orangetheory Fitness workout but we owe Orangetheory for the additional running events we add to our fitness journeys.
This morning’s 5K is one of our favorites especially it’s during the holidays and a few days away from Christmas so it’s a very Merry run event.
I was concerned going into this run today, because I’ve had a real bad left heel but thankfully the last week or so I’ve felt better and was able to come in over 31 minutes which is closer to my best times between 28 and 30 minutes respectively.
Today’s @actifit points generation was not only the 5K run but a lot of walking enjoying the beautiful and festive
atmosphere of Mount Dora during this time of year.
We also did a Christmas Cruise Boat Tour for some extra special family time with my stepsons.
