몸무게 변화가 그다지... 먹는 양을 확 줄여야 하는가보다 먹는 거 유지하면서 운동량을 늘리려 했으나 지금은 무의미한듯.. 내일부터 걸음 수도 늘리고 먹는 양도 줄여본다.
