Tuve un día bastante interesante, me levanté temprano para terminar mis cosas que hacer diarias, y al rededor de las 3pm me invitó una amiga a ir a entrenar al dojo. Tenía tiempo pensando que quería ir de nuevo a entrenar artes marciales así que me bañe y me vestí para ir a entrenar, deje mi teléfono pero tome una pequeña foto antes de irme. Fue un entrenamiento divertido, practiqué bastantes patadas y golpes que tenía tiempo sin practicar y me sentí bastante cómodo a pesar del tiempo sin entrenar. Luego de terminar aquí, volví a mi casa a cambiar y fui al venoil a entrenar básicos en superseries ya que es lo que me tocaba, entrene 4 series de 5 muscle ups, seguidos de 12 fondos supino y terminando con 5 dominadas, luego hice 5 superseries de 16 fondos seguidos de 10 dominadas supinas, fue un entreno de bastante resistencia. Cuando termine en mi casa se fue la luz así que fui a casa de un amigo que queda al rededor de 3km lejos de mi casa, ya hace poco medi el tiempo y la distancia, cuando llegó la luz volví a mi casa recorriendo esos 3km de nuevo y llegué para comer y bañarme, y antes de dormir estirar un poco porque la verdad estaba bastante cansado, fue un dia interesante y muy activo.
I had a pretty interesting day, I woke up early to finish my daily things to do, and at around 3pm a friend invited me to go train at the dojo. I had been thinking for a while that I wanted to go again to train martial arts so I took a bath and got dressed to go to train, I left my phone but I took a little picture before I left. It was a fun training, I practiced quite a few kicks and punches that I hadn't practiced for a while and I felt quite comfortable despite the time without training. After finishing here, I went back to my house to change and went to the venoil to train basic supersets since that's what I had to do, I trained 4 sets of 5 muscle ups, followed by 12 supine dips and finishing with 5 pull ups, then I did 5 supersets of 16 dips followed by 10 supine pull ups, it was quite an endurance workout. When I finished in my house the power went out so I went to a friend?s house which is about 3km far from my house, I just measured the time and the distance, when the power came back I went back to my house and did those 3km again and I arrived to eat and take a bath, and before sleeping I stretched a little bit because I was really tired, it was an interesting and very active day.
