Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

Me desperté muy tarde, ya que el día anterior había sido bastante cansado, hice algunas cosas luego de despertarme, edite algunos vídeos y me ocupé. A lo que se hicieron las 6 de la tarde salí al estadio venoil a entrenar básicos ya que la verdad si tenía el cuerpo bastante cansado, hice básicos como por una hora y me llamo un amigo para ir al club italo a jugar basket, me active ya que en mi casa no tenía muchas cosas que hacer por lo que llamé a uno de mis mejores amigos y vinimos a jugar. Me sentía bastante pesado por venir a hacer básicos pero se jugó bien, aproveche para hacer un poco de cardio mientras practicaba mis triples y dribles y me quedé en el club esperando que en mi casa llegara la luz. No fue un día tan productivo pero si muy activo !

I woke up very late, since the previous day had been quite tired, I did some things after waking up, edited some videos and got busy. At 6 o'clock in the afternoon I went to the venoil stadium to train basics because the truth is that my body was pretty tired, I did basics for about an hour and a friend called me to go to the italo club to play basketball, I got active because at home I didn't have many things to do so I called one of my best friends and we came to play. I felt pretty heavy for coming to do basics but it was a good game, I took the opportunity to do some cardio while practicing my triples and dribbles and I stayed at the club waiting for the lights to come on at home. It wasn't a very productive day but it was very active!
