Another busy day! Wait is there a day am not busy?
My partner asked me to go with him to the mall to buy grocery. Before we start our shopping we walked away the mall and we saw some really nice plants for sale.
We were given to buy the hanging plant after our grocery shopping but then we totally forgot about it, lol!
Anyways I got a pretty good amount of steps at the mall, and for my workout today I did:
- 50 repetition of kettlebell swings in the morning and another 100 repetition in two sets using 8kg kettlebell.
- The same kettlebell, I did lounges. Alternating on each legs for a total of 30 reps.
- I also did about thirty minutes of yoga before going to bed
The rest of my actifit counts are just walking around my place, doing random stuff.
