It was a bright sunny morning, and I kicked off the day by taking daisy, my mut puppy for a walk around the block. The fresh air was just what I needed, and we had a good time saying hi to the neighbors.
When we got back, I dove into some chores—starting with vacuuming the carpets. After that, I swept and mopped the floors until everything sparkled. With the house in order, I hopped on my ebike and rode over to the park trail loop. It felt awesome to zip around and soak up the nice weather.
Once home again, I whipped up a protein shake with my go-to fruits. To finish the day, I squeezed in a quick workout, focusing on some strength training and stretching. By the time I hit the pillow, I felt pretty proud of how active and productive I’d been, looking forward to whatever tomorrow would bring.
