First post on Actifit about my daily Routine

Hello everyone!

It's my first post here on actifit. I'm excited about my first post and also nervous, "people will like my post or not? " After 2 hours of thinking, finally I start writing.

Hostel life:

Because I'm out of my city, that's why I'm living in a hostel which is just normal. Just normal means not luxury but having all necessities which are needed to live. 😂
It's nearest to my workplace. So, I prefer to live there.

Alarm ring in the morning:

I set the alarm at 5:00 am. I wanted to wake up early and see the sunrise. But when the alarm rang, I stop it and slept again. 😂 Then I woke up at 7:30 am and I was happy to see the sunrise, but when I came out of my room, I realized that it was late and now I can not see the sun because it shines like a hot ball. I did not even think of seeing the time before hoping to see the sunrise at 7:30 am 😂😂😂.

Get ready for the hospital:

So with a heavy heart, I got ready and started my journey towards my hospital. I ran to catch the metro bus and entered. In 15 minutes, I reached to hospital and was hoping that my sir Ali did not see me in the corridor of my gastrointestinal ward. After, playing hide and seek with my fear, I finally reached my room which is assigned to me.

Duty with heart:

I enjoy my duty at the hospital. Although it's a little bit harsh and tiring some. But when I meet my patients and get good feedback from them, all my tiredness is gone. I think it's a perfect payback for my efforts. After my duty, I come back, take some rest and get my steps goal done.

Problems I have faced as a beginner:

I start walking after sing up on this account. My 10,000 daily steps are completed in half of the day. I'm happy that in the evening, I write a post and interact with my new friends on activities. But when I sat to write a post, I saw that my steps are only 2,760. That time I felt sad about it. Then I changed my mobile settings and I walked for 1 hour more 😂 😂 😂. And I hope, everyone here can feel that pain that a person feels after continuously 6 hours of duty 😂 😂 😂. And then 1 hour more walk. 😅😅
But when I get that goal, I felt like I had done my job now. The network is gone 😂.
When I start writing, I didn't have any idea what to write, how to write and where to write. Then I asked my friend and he helped me a lot for my first post here. Thanks to you my dear.

Why I did do so much exercise?

I'm overweight. I want to manage my weight and get an ideal weight. I'm doing some exercise so that I can lose some weight.
Walking, jogging, cycling, yoga etc.
I regularly do walking at my hostel because jogging is possible in an open place or a lawn, which the hostilities find at home. I do yoga at my home at night which may be the wrong time 😂 but due to my hectic daily routine, I feel some time at night around 9:00 pm.
Especially, for a lazy person like me, having belly fat, crunch is the best exercise. In this exercise, you have to lie down flat with your knees bent and your foot on the ground.
I mostly do up and down stairs. And it helps me a lot with losing weight.

Why did I choose the actifit application?

I choose this platform because I need an app that helps me to evaluate daily exercise. I want to lose weight but I usually forget to exercise and calculate burn calories to get the ideal weight.
Also, an important thing is that many people share their thoughts which helps to get their goals.
Also, people share their knowledge about health and exercise importance.
I'll be very grateful if you share your thoughts about my daily routine and get my goal of ideal weight.
