Hello everyone,
I actually prefer spring and summer, but yesterday fall really showed its best side. Warm 19° degrees and bright blue skies lured us out for a nice walk.
The leaves were glowing in the most amazing colors.
Hallo zusammen,
eigentlich bevorzuge ich den Frühling und den Sommer, aber gestern hat sich der Herbst tatsächlich von seiner aller schönsten Seite gezeigt. Warme 19° Grad und strahlend blauer Himmel haben uns zu einem schönen Spaziergang nach draußen gelockt.
Die Blätter leuchteten in den tollsten Farben.
The path through the park led us to the castle and the castle pond in front of it, which was teeming with big fish. They seemed to be carp.
Der Weg durch den Park führte uns zum Schloss und dem vorgelagerten Schlossteich, in dem es vor dicken Fischen nur so wimmelte. Es schien sich um Karpfen zu handeln.
Wow, what colors. I couldn't help thinking that soon everything will look bare and barren again, which made me a little wistful. Unfortunately, the colorfulness of autumn is short-lived.
Wow, was für Farben. Ich musste daran denken, dass in Kürze wieder alles kahl und karg aussehen wird, was mich ein wenig wehmütig stimmte. Die Farbenpracht des Herbstes ist leider nur von kurzer Dauer.
An autumn fair was taking place in the neighboring old town. We fortified ourselves with lard cookies, had a drink and dad and son took a few more laps on the Musikexpress.
In der angrenzenden Altstadt fand gerade eine Herbstkirmes statt. Wir stärkten uns mit Schmalzgebäck, tranken etwas und Papa und Sohn drehten noch einige Runden auf dem Musikexpress.
Our way back led us past the castle again. A beautiful sight from this direction too.
Unser Rückweg führte uns wieder an dem Schloss vorbei. Auch aus dieser Richtung ein schöner Anblick.
The sun was now a little lower and made the leaves glow in a wonderful new color. A wonderful walk was coming to an end and allowed us to recharge our batteries a little before the vacations come to an end tomorrow and everyday life catches up with us again.
Die Sonne stand nun schon etwas tiefer und lies die Blätter wieder in einer tollen neuen Nuancen leuchten. Ein wunderbarer Spaziergang neigte sich dem Ende zu und lies unsere Akkus wieder ein wenig aufladen, bevor morgen auch die Ferien zu Ende gehen und uns der Alltag wieder einholt.
