I did not know that Billy Idol was still making music until YouTube showed me his new music video from 2 weeks ago. I knew he was still around because I see him in those Workday "Rock Star" commercials that have been around for like a year.
Billy Idol's new song is called Still Dancing and it is a guitar based rocker that sounds like it could have come from his golden age of the 80s.
To me, it sounds like a mash up of Dancing With My Self, and Rebel Yell. The video's story seems to be about Billy looking back at his younger days. Probably something everyone can relate to.
The video has about 700K views so I guess Billy Idol is still popular. Check it out!

My Actvity
for today was some weightlifting in the afternoon. I did 2 sets of curls and 2 sets of bent rows with my barbell. I also included 3 sets of arm raise exercises with my dumbbell, one arm at a time.
A while after that I did a set of 25 pushups which is a very popular form of calisthenics where you use your own body weight rather then something external. Anyone can do them anywhere, any time.
At night I took the same walk I take every night, but not quite as long as I go sometimes, because I already did the weight training. I did not see the moon. It must have been low in the sky.
And the weekend has passed. I hoped to get more done but had some family things going on. Now we start a fresh week with unlimited possibilities. What will happen? I hope good things happen for you!
Happy Monday, My Friends!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
