Good morning afternoon evening.
I think (know) that I drink too much coffee while at work. I recently got a new mug which has a hand knit cover around it. It's a nice big cup, and apart from the fact it doesn't fit in my anti spill cup holder, I'm quite liking it.
Back to coffee - is 4 coffees a day too much? I've reduced it to that most days, but sometimes it is more.. 😅 According to 'doctor' ChatGPT it isn't terrible.. But I'm not sure how healthy it is in the long run:
"Consuming four cups of coffee a day is generally considered safe for most adults and falls within recommended daily caffeine limits. However, individual tolerance to caffeine can vary. If you experience negative side effects like insomnia, jitteriness, or increased heart rate, you may want to reduce your intake. It's essential to listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your caffeine consumption. Additionally, consider balancing coffee with other sources of hydration and avoid excessive sugar or creamer additions."
Enjoy the rest of your day :)
