After extending my max speed with my run yesterday night and a party i had to take it a bit easy today. My left knee hurts a bit so i decided to not go for a run today. And since im helping my friends build a house tomorrow im in big need for some rest
Writing this while im on a slow late night walk so the daily step count will probably be around 8 - 9k but given yesterdays count went up to above 20k after the run its a good daily average.
Hope your leg will be better in a bit! Sometimes its a good thing; taking rests for a while. Hopefully the Actifit report cards will start to come in soon
