Today was not too bad of a day, no pictures, but a decent day.
I started out making some bread, then doing some other chores. I got to move while making some reports.
I also got some more qi gong in to loosen up the body a little bit more, next up was the weightroom, with only five exercises...
However, those five exercises were kind of brutal, started out with a clean and a press, one exercise, some serious compound movement! The close grip bench, followed by weighted lunges, oh yeah, bot of those were max effort day! The last two was 25 bench dips, 5 sets and 28 bicycle crunches, 4 sets. Needless to say, a lit of movement in the weightroom!
