Today was not too bad, ran around campus a little bit, but I did make it to the weightroom.
Since I am not 100 percent, I had to do modifications to the workout. So started with calf raises instead of deadlifts, modified the curls with less than half the weight, didn't do any shoulder presses since I can barely get my arm all the way straight above my head... at least I can do situps and jump rope... not the most fun.
It was good getting at least somewhat physical again.
