Today was a nice busy day, running around campus some more, we had a career fair going on, so we had to talk to people between other meetings.
However, a good chunk of activity came from the weight room. There were lots of back and some lighter leg workouts. Good news, I was able to lay down and do crunches without it hurting too bad, so that is a win!
Add in a good amount of stretching throughout the day, and it was good. Back is a little tender but good to go to bed with.
