Today was another relaxing day for me, not too much going on, but I was able to get a good amount of stretching in along with a good trip to the weight room.
The stretching was for the back and hamstrings, all of it was tight, the shoulders are sore as well.
The workout itself was heavily focused and the shoulders and chest. A couple different variations of the benchpress, along with some decline push-ups. Throw in in some dips along with the iron cross, which is horrible.
