Today was a good day! On campus, walking around a good amount, especially when I was observing a faculty member in a lab class.
Then, when I got home, I was able to make it to the weight room and not die! Meaning, it was a good workout and I didn't cough up a lung like I thought i would after being so sick.
We started with some deadlifts, then through in a couple of different curls along with some different versions of the shoulder press finishing with some superman's.
