Today was not too bad of a day, just crazy busy for a lot of other things with work.
I did get a chunk of housework done and some cleaning, then setting things up for tomorrow and this weekend.
Then, I was able to get a nice heavy bag workout in, it was killing me with the cardio. However, it was a good one, rough, the breaks in it are putting your back into the bag and holding a squat. My legs were shaking by the third set!
Get the stretching and you can call it a day!
