Today was a good day for activity, the campus is on spring break, but i still had to be there. I didn't get as much walking due to faculty and students not being there, but some good walking to some meetings.
However, when I got home, after eating some food, I made it to the weightroom. Started with some back sqauts, I lifted my weight which is always nice. Then we had some curls and close grip bench, followed by burpees and hammer curls. Finished up with some bench dips and flutter kicks.
