-abdominals on bicycles, 50 repetitions 2 series
-Basic ABS 50 repetitions 2 series
-Basic abs in the Air 50 repetitions 2 series
- abdominales with legal in the Air from side to side 50 repetitions 2 series
- plancha 1 min
With a rest of 20 secd and culminate with a jpg of 10 min
