The year has already started and one of my goals is to leave laziness behind, so it's time to start activating the body. I plan to start the gym next week, so for now I'm doing the first long walks, always equipped with an umbrella because the sun is very strong 😆.

Ya comenzó el año y una de mis metas es dejar la pereza atrás, así que desde ya es hora de ir activando el cuerpo. Pienso comenzar el gimnasio la próxima semana, así que por ahora estoy realizando las primeras caminatas largas, siempre equipado con sombrilla porque el sol está muy fuerte 😆.
