My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2023

in Actifitlast year

I played an eighteen-hole and nine-hole disc golf round today. It was a bit of a struggle for me on the first round, and I scored a +9 on a course I usually score even or under par on. In the second round, I did better and scored even over the 9 holes.

My backhand feels fine, although the accuracy and distance are not as good as usual. My forehand is stuggling a lot, and it feels like I am better off not throwing that way for now.

I signed up for a difficult three day tournament this weekend. My arm is still not fully healed, but it feels like it might do alright. It was too tempting to play because it is a course that I really liked, and once my friends realized I was back playing, they really wanted me to join them in the tournament. It is going to be a fun tournament, and everyone in my division is very closed matched.

Beautiful! Thanks for the eye candy! 😎👍

Nice views! I like hiking or driving in the high mountains but never seem to get a chance to do that when I'm back visiting.

I am always check your posting dear sir plz visit my blog

Hush troll. Begging people to visit your blog never works. Be genuine and they will find you in time..

Simply breathtaking Mountains my friend!😄
Glad to hear your arm is somewhat better, sounds like vacation helped it heal a bit!😄
Very nice 12K @actifit steps take care!!

Thank you. It feels good to be playing disc golf again even if my arm is not fully healed. It doesn't seem to be making my condition any worse but I've been taking it easy and trying not to throw too hard.

I’ve noticed that healing takes a bit longer for myself, I guess I’m not 18 anymore Lol😇

Colorado? You should have said something. I would have thrown a round with you.

It is usually very busy for me when I'm out visiting. I have a lot of older family members and friends that take up a lot of my time. I'm sure I will be back out there next year.

great day for you today who are back playing golf even though in the first round there was a little adaptation but in the end you managed to be better in the second round this is a good progress, I hope you can play in the tournament with the best performance, the iceberg looks so beautiful with the help of clouds that make them look perfect

I feel like my arm is improving enough for me to try to do some longer disc golf courses. Hopefully, it is not too much too fast. It is easy for me to try too hard in a tournament so I should try to take it easy.

Thank you, there are often gorgeous views in the area and the weather is very turbulent.

In any case, everything is going well, it is evident that he will recover very soon and for his next disc game, it will be better. Little by little he will advance and win soon, remembering that in any case, health is paramount. I wish you success and I thank you for your visits to my publications. Greetings from Venezuela, friend @lightsplasher

Thank you, friend. It sure is nice to be back doing some disc golf again. I have to remember to take things slow though.
