My Actifit Report Card: June 14 2023

in Actifit2 years ago

The three of us played disc golf on a local eighteen-basket disc golf course. I ended up with the win at +3, to 5, and +18. I was throwing nicely but missed a couple of short putts near the end of the round that I know I should be able to make. When I get a bit tired, I tend to lose concentration a bit.

One friend was having a really difficult round and kept throwing his discs into the rough. The three of us searched for them for some time but could not find them. He ended up losing three discs. That was an expensive round for him, and we were all sorry he did not get his discs back.

A large flower on a tree:

We saw this flower on a tree in hole one's fairway on the disc golf course today. I'm not sure what kind of tree it was, but it might be a type of Magnolia.

What it looked like today out on the disc golf course:

Glad to see that you played well. You also walk a lot of steps today more than 12k. Stay fit and blessed.

It's great that you won the games and you also shared some awesome nature clicks. I always love the natural shots that you share here and the natural beauty is so amazing there at your place. have a great time my friend.

You finally made it to 12k walk this time around. Awesome!👍

Very neat grass plants that grow in that field. Have fun doing fun activities for friends.

The flower looks really amazing. I think it's the first time I've seen this kind of flower so it's quite beautiful. Moreover, the photography is also very beautiful.

I know it must be nice to finally get back to the game some and encouraging that your shoulder seems to be handling it decently.

That's a beautiful photo of the flower.

it's nice to see you back playing golf with your friends and scoring a winning score it must be very nice, and the flower looks very pretty with a very bright color and looks cool.

great day you and your friends are back playing golf today, but it's a pity your friend's lost disk can't be found, did he fly into the forest part? the flowers look so beautiful, and the golf course looks a little cloudy today

Actually there is a little bit of a problem with the golf course that balls are lost all the time because I have a golf course here and sometimes we go for a walk and I've found some balls there so I know.

And your photography is commendable because I have never seen such a beautiful photography or such a flower before. Thank you very much for presenting such a beautiful photography to us.

If you are constantly among us and your activity is among us, we should learn from this that if we are constantly engaged in some activity, our body and mind will be fine.

And thank you very much for sharing the beauty of such a beautiful environment or nature with us.

He's on the rise my friend, slowly but with a lot of confidence to always win, he confirmed it according to what you say @lightsplasher that he shot very well, but you say that he missed a couple of short putts near the end of the round, he'll soon get over his exhaustion, now You will notice it, have faith and encouragement for it. He does very well, always helping his teammates. For concentration, exercises to keep your back upright are fine, for example; with gentle movements of the arms, standing flexing the torso forward, separating the legs, pointing the hands at the feet, it is called the clamp, it also generates relief of the spine, make them very soft. (You can google the yoga posture of the clamp, I practice it a lot every day, even with my legs together, it helps to avoid slumped shoulders). I wish you success and thank you for your visits to my publications.
