My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2023

in Actifit2 years ago

I played a practice round of disc golf out at the local easy course. I was not too worried about the score and trying a few things that I would not normally do. I ended up with a +4 score, which is about average for me in good weather. (On a good round, I usually go under par on this course in good weather.)

I have a bunch of discs that I don't throw very often that I threw today. I've been trying to get my new D3 discs to beat in just a bit. They are a bit stable for my liking and don't fly as far as the D4 Air and my pink beat in D3 in 500 plastic. So far, I have not hit any trees with the new discs, and I would like it keep it that way. I think that if they more gradually get beat in, they tend to fly better. There is also an advantage to having them be as stable as they are when it gets windy or you need a throw that finishes hard.

The apples are slowly ripening:

It's so nice to see the apple trees yielding apples because we don't have apple trees in our country so they look pretty good to me.

It's been windy up here my friend......
How does the hot weather, and the wind affect the flying of your new D3?

Brother hope you have a wonderful day, enjoy and be happy.Amazing picture.

Nice to know you tried out some disc you don't use often today.
I like apples and this green color is my favorite.

I am so much expectancy in working on looking forward to playing the disc golf some day

Sounds like a fun and relaxing practice round of disc golf! Glad to hear you got a good score and tried a few different discs. And it's always a bonus to have stable discs for windy conditions. And good luck keeping them tree free! Enjoy the process, and have fun playing disc golf!

Plus, it's nice to hear about slowly ripening apples - nature's way to bring some sweetness to your day! 🥏🍎😊

It looks like you should try disks that you don't throw too often, knowing that disks that you rarely use can bring you luck. @lightsplasher 😁👍

I'm glad to hear you're back to your usual standards in this field, and I'm sure with your new disc you'll definitely get some good hits and like you said no discs hit trees.
Does the apple bear fruit depending on the season? I see there are many apples there

Playing disc golf is really fun, especially when you try your new disc that you never use, and the apple trees that bear lots of fruit must be the season for apples.
