The three of us played disc golf on a difficult eighteen-hole course this morning. I started out having a really hard time. I ended up scoreing a nine on a par four. I'm not sure there is even a name for that, pent-a-bogey or something, lol.
There was a slight headwind, and the discs were not flying the way I thought they should. Plus, having bad footing when throwing hard seems to magnify my issues with timing and angle control. My understable discs were consistently coming out with too much anhyzer and drifting right over the out-of-bounds line.
After that illustrious start, I ended up winning the round with a +24 to +25 and +29. I think I have bragging rights for the worst start followed by a win, lol.
Todays conditions were a bit on the harsh side. There was some glazed ice on many of the tee pads and icy spots with a surface of water on top. The rain was not much of an issue, but it did make things slippery. It made it hard to trust your footing and get any distance off the tee. We played off the grass by the side of the tee pads if that was an option.
Today on the disc golf course, most of the snow had melted off of the grassy areas:
I think I will rest up tomorrow and prepare for the tournament on Sunday. I think the ice and snow should mostly be melted by then.

The beginning is not the end of the game. Losing at the start is normal lol. But in the end you win with a decent score.

I think weather is clear today, it means there was less snow almost 3 to 4 inches as I assume nice scenery looking beautiful and keep playing brother @lightsplasher
