My son and I played in a doubles disc golf tournament. We were in a difficult division and did not place well in the standings. It could have gone better, but we did have fun playing.
I felt like things were physically going well for me, at least. The usual back pain was not bothering me that much. I recently had a tooth pulled out and was taking some pain medication to reduce the swelling, so maybe that helped me out. I was better dressed for the cold weather, and that helped, too.
My Fitbit cardio load was 256 today, and my readiness is 25. I have another tournament tomorrow on a difficult and long course. I'll just try to take things easy if possible.

I am glad to hear that you and your son had a great time at the tournament, even though the results weren’t what you had hoped. I hope you can avoid getting the dreaded dry socket! They usually happen on the bottom back molars. I got one and it really hurt!
I was going to get my regular dentist to pull the tooth out but there was a big risk of having a passage forming between my mouth and nose. Rather than being "that odd guy" who can drink beer and blow it out his nose... lol... I paid extra to get the periodontist to do a bone graft. It seems to be healing fine.
Take it easy with everything, I hope you are feeling better from the toothache.
