My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2025

I have been struggling with some back issues recently. The last tournament was difficult for me because of the pain. I think I know what has been causing extra stress on my back. When I get extra competitive, I tend to forget to follow through with my leg and arm, and it stresses out my back. In part, I do this to try to have better control over my release angles. All the surfaces have been extra slick recently, and this does not help at all, too.

I played disc golf with my friend today and focused a lot on my follow-through. It helped my back out, and I'm feeling fine this evening. It is a bit harder for me to throw with accuracy this way, but I think once I get consistent about it, my accuracy and distance should improve.

I never noticed these wooden posts before, but the river has been running lower recently. I think this might have been a boat launch or something in the past.

Back pain is no fun!🙄

I'm glad to know that you know the cause of back pressure and are starting to adjust. It takes time to adjust, but once you get used to it, the results will definitely be a big improvement. I hope your back injury gets better quickly, keep your spirits up and most importantly your health is always maintained.

You need to exercise your back, to loosen your muscles, in yoga there are some very good ones: standing, with your arms extended in a cross, move your back gently from the waist, laterally and backwards, it does not require much effort or speed you can go carrying your neck and head too, where you turn and move the trunk, you will see amazing results. Health is first priority,take rest and didn't do those activities which makes it heavier problem.Looks amazing picture.
