     Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive y a todas las personas que ven mis posts de cerca; hoy vengo a ustedes a comentarles un poco de mi día de ayer en un reporte de actifit; lo publicó hoy por llegar bastante tarde ayer y no tener tiempo; espero les guste, y sin más, vamos con el post.

A warm greeting to the great #hive community and to all the people who read my posts closely; today I come to you to tell you a little about my day yesterday in an actifit report; I published it today because I arrived quite late yesterday and I didn't have time; I hope you like it, and without further ado, let's go with the post.



     Me levanté ayer algo tarde; ya siendo domingo y estando realmente fatigado por toda la semana trabajar hasta el sábado me hacía falta dormir hasta tarde para poder recuperar energía, después levantarme realice todas las actividades diarias comunes que se hacen un día domingo; ya había planeado entrenar con amigos el domingo por un nuevo sistema de entrenamiento el cual estamos haciendo; así que a eso de 4:30 empezamos a entrenar acá en mi casa.

I woke up a little late yesterday; it being Sunday and being really tired from working all week until Saturday, I needed to sleep late to be able to recover energy, then getting up I did all the common daily activities that are done on a Sunday; I had already planned to train with friends on Sunday because of a new training system that we are doing; so at about 4:30 we started training here at my house.



     Primero realicé actividad cardiovascular y un buen calentamiento antes de empezar, realizamos un entrenamiento enfocado en el front lever; en ganar resistencia y poder aumentar segundos de aguante, usamos ayuda de liga para poder aumentar la eficiencia del entreno y realizamos básicos los cuales nos ayudaron a poder fortalecer todos los músculos que teníamos bastante fatigados. Ya al terminar el entreno, me alisté rápido, ya que saldría a comer algo por ser domingo; fuimos a comer helado y luego a comer algo para no cenar en casa, algo diferente, para liberar un poco la presión de una semana cargada. Llegué a casa tarde, hice mis actividades nocturnas y me acosté; ya que el descanso es súper importante y hoy realizo este post. Espero que les guste esta publicación, y nos vemos en la próxima.

First I did cardiovascular activity and a good warm-up before starting, we did a workout focused on the front lever; on gaining resistance and being able to increase seconds of endurance, we used the help of a band to be able to increase the efficiency of the training and we did basics which helped us to be able to strengthen all the muscles that we had quite tired. Once I finished training, I got ready quickly, since I was going out to eat something because it was Sunday; we went to eat ice cream and then to eat something so as not to have dinner at home, something different, to release a little of the pressure of a busy week. I got home late, did my nighttime activities and went to bed; since rest is super important, today I am making this post. I hope you like this post, and I will see you in the next one.
