My actifit report
     Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive y a todas las personas que ven y apoyan mis publicaciones; hoy vengo a ustedes con un nuevo reporte de actifit, en el cual les hablarĂ© un poco de mi dĂa, mostrarles que tanto realice y mostrarles que hace un atleta en su dĂa a dĂa, sin más, vamos con el reporte.
A warm greeting to the great #hive community and to all the people who see and support my posts; today I come to you with a new actifit report, in which I will tell you a little about my day, show you how much I did and show you what an athlete does on a daily basis, without further ado, let's go with the report.
     EmpecĂ© el dĂa a eso de las 6:30 de la mañana, como de costumbre realice las actividades mañaneras antes de ir a trabajar como lo son desayunar, arreglar herramientas y alistarme para ello; ya despuĂ©s de ello fuimos al trabajo en el cual fue un dĂa bastante duro, mi padre pegaba bloques y yo colaba arena en un cernedor, batĂa el cemento para pegar dichos bloques, tambiĂ©n a pasar mezcla, armar andamios, pasar material y muchas otras cosas más, al final del dĂa se pegaron 200 bloques aproximadamente y asĂ fue el dĂa completo, ya despuĂ©s de esto lleguĂ© a casa y me aliste para el entreno.
I started the day at about 6:30 in the morning, as usual I did the morning activities before going to work such as having breakfast, fixing tools and getting ready for it; after that we went to work which was a pretty hard day, my father glued blocks and I strained sand in a sieve, mixed the cement to glue said blocks, also mixed the mix, built scaffolding, passed material and many other things, at the end of the day approximately 200 blocks were glued and that was the whole day, after that I got home and got ready for training.
     Llegamos a la casa a eso de 5:30, llegue y me bañé y aliste rápido; hoy decidĂ hacer una descarga activa por el hecho de que fue una semana la cual entrene a máxima intensidad; y ya hace falta una descarga activa para estar la siguiente semana al 100, entonces salĂ a trotar un rato; para bajar el porcentaje de grasa y tambiĂ©n para relajar el cuerpo en general; ya despuĂ©s de durar mucho rato, volvĂ en la noche a la casa para hacer todas mis actividades nocturnas; asĂ que este serĂa todo mi reporte, espero les gustara, nos vemos en el siguiente.
We arrived home around 5:30, I arrived and took a shower and got ready quickly; today I decided to do an active discharge because it was a week in which I trained at maximum intensity; and an active discharge is needed to be at 100% the following week, so I went out to jog for a while; to lower the percentage of fat and also to relax the body in general; after running for a long time, I returned home at night to do all my nighttime activities; so this would be my entire report, I hope you like it, see you in the next one.
