My actifit report
     Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive y a todas esas personas que ven mis publicaciones; hoy vengo a ustedes con un nuevo reporte de actifit, en el cual les comentarĂ© un poco de mi dĂa, de las cosas que realicĂ© y demás; asĂ que sin más, vamos con el post.
A warm greeting to the great #hive community and to all those people who see my posts; today I come to you with a new actifit report, in which I will tell you a little about my day, the things I did and so on; so without further ado, let's go with the post.
     EmpecĂ© la mañana levantándome temprano, ya que trabajo como de costumbre; despuĂ©s realice mi desayuno, aliste las cosas del trabajo y muchas otras cosas más, ya despuĂ©s partimos al trabajo, en el cual básicamente todo el dĂa me la pasĂ© ayudando a mi padre a hacer cosas de limpieza y muchas otras más, además de eso me dedique más que nada a pintar las paredes del apartamento, en eso me la pasĂ© realmente todo el dĂa; ya despuĂ©s de terminar de trabajar fui a la casa a alistarme para entrenar hoy.
I started the morning getting up early, since I work as usual; then I made my breakfast, got things ready for work and many other things, and then we left for work, where I basically spent the whole day helping my father do cleaning things and many other things, in addition to that I dedicated myself more than anything to painting the walls of the apartment, that's what I really spent the whole day doing; after finishing work I went home to get ready to train today.
     DecidĂ entrenar en mi casa por el hecho de que tenĂa que realizar cosas en la noche; asĂ que decidĂ esto para concentrarme de una mejor manera y hacer las cosas bien; fue un entrenamiento enfocado en la plancha con ejercicios para fortalecer los mĂşsculos, con básicos incluidos y ejercicios estáticos para entender el movimiento de la mejor forma, Entre esto hice parada de manos, flexiones de pino, press militar, laterales para hombro, aguantes de straddle con liga para entender el movimiento y muchos otros; asĂ que ya terminando esto hice mis actividades nocturnas y mis cosas personajes; asĂ que estĂ© seria todo mi reporte, espero que les gustara, nos vemos en el siguiente reporte.
I decided to train at home because I had to do things at night; so I decided this to concentrate in a better way and do things well; It was a plank-focused workout with exercises to strengthen the muscles, including basic exercises and static exercises to understand the movement in the best way. Among these I did handstands, handstand push-ups, military press, shoulder laterals, straddle holds with a band to understand the movement and many others; so, finishing this, I did my nighttime activities and my personal things; so this would be my entire report, I hope you liked it, see you in the next report.
