Hola saludos comunidad de actifict hoy fue un excelente día donde tuve la oportunidad de ir al gimnasio a realizar mi rutina de pierna justo al medio día para aprovechar mi máximo de energía entrenando ejercicios en máquinas en conjunto de un poco de bicicleta para maximizar mi resistencia.

Mi entreno comenzó a las 11 am de la mañana después de caminar hacía el gym para llegar bien preparada y así evitar una lesión, sintiéndome muy cómoda, ya que ejercí poco peso y con buen descaso, al finalizar de mi entreno con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación decidí retornar hacia mi casa caminando para evitar trabajar un poco la resistencia y así poder descargar la intensidad de este día de piernas, evitando esa dolencia que a todos nos molesta después de un día de entreno.

En este día mi enfoque fue más de resistencia que de fuerza, ya que tenía muchos días sin ir al gym y decidí comenzar paso a paso estableciendo metas realistas con un objetivo mensuales en control de mi peso y definición, y a pesar de que en este día no tuve mi compañera de entreno para mantenerme motivada decidí por misma que superaria este nuevo nivel en donde primera va a estar disciplina y luego la motivación.

Hello, greetings actifict community, today was an excellent day where I had the opportunity to go to the gym to do my leg routine right at noon to take advantage of my maximum energy by training exercises on machines in conjunction with a little bicycle to maximize my resistance.

My training began at 11 am in the morning after walking to the gym to arrive well prepared and thus avoid an injury, feeling very comfortable, since I exercised little weight and with good rest, at the end of my training with a lot of effort and dedication I decided to walk back to my house to avoid working on my resistance a little and thus be able to relieve the intensity of this leg day, avoiding that ailment that doesn't bother everyone after a day of training.

On this day my focus was more on resistance than strength, since I had many days without going to the gym and I decided to start step by step by establishing realistic goals with a monthly objective in controlling my weight and definition, and despite the fact that on this day I didn't have my training partner to keep me motivated, I decided for myself that I would overcome this new level where discipline will come first and then motivation.
