Sunday evening walk is the best for me, everything seems quiet, maybe people are sleeping early in preparation for the next day grind. Anyway, after doing the required 5k on app, I head on home to try my monkey bar. This was installed a few months ago but haven't got time to play with, or truthfully I can't swing on it like I used to when I was a kid. So I did some prep, did some pull ups the past few weeks and when I got myself to doing more than 5, I feel like I should give it a try. The result, I got to the 2nd bar and that's it. I can't get myself the momentum swing for the 3rd bar lol I think I need more prep work. Till next workout. Walk safe
