Successfully. I took a branch of the parent rose in the autumn before I removed it from the garden. The child rose plant survived under a lid made out of a cut bottle of fizzy stuff all through the winter.
Its first bloom. It's quite near the future sandbox, still. But in the very least, I had an experience of success. Well, about 33%
