Hey Actifitters,
I already complained about the weather in my previous report, but yesterday was far worse: rain all day! It's bad any time, but when it completely destroys the snow that was left, it's even worse.
So we decided to wait until it stopped for our daily walk with Kaia. Small bonus, the temperature dropped a little bit in the evening, and for about an hour, rain turned into wintry mix, then snow, leaving a thin layer of new snow.
Because it wasn't even freezing, it wasn't good quality snow, but we'll take it!
When we arrived in the forest, it was a few degrees below freezing though, and it created all these icy muddy water puddles. Not all were fully frozen yet but some were already able to support Kaia's full weight. Kaia was disappointed she couldn't splash around!
But she could explore and run all over the place of course.
I know I say that almost every day, but I find it amusing how near the end she instinctively leads us out of the forest, especially at night.
During our final loop in the neighborhood, below this thin layer of snow, we found lots of big black ice patches, sneaky! I think driving (and walking) on the local streets will be a bit treacherous on Saturday...

It's too early but it now got too warm here (35C). It's not even middle of February. Seems summer will be coming early. 😒

I know the body can get used a bit to hot or cold temperatures, but wow 35C before summer is brutal! !HOPE you can stay cool. Also hope you get to experience snow too, it's pretty cool !lolz Even some people I know that don't like cold still can enjoy snow, at least for a little bit.
