Greetings to my Actifit community, today was a day of many activities, so I am going to tell you what I started my day with, of course I activated my step counter. I started by dropping my daughters off at school and went back home to pick up my mom, as I had to accompany her to the bank.
The line was not very long, so I went to the bank to change my debit card password, my mom I sent her to sit down. I withdrew cash and we left, I passed by a plaza where they sell new and used books, I saw that the structure of the plaza changed, I bought medicines that were needed.

I went home again to execute other assignments, the step counter was still active... I went out with my husband to do some lab tests, but they are done on an empty stomach, so I had to wait until tomorrow.
I told my husband that I wanted to look at some shoes quietly and he agreed to let me go alone. I felt relieved, because I would see without problems, if I went with them I had to do it in a hurry for my daughter.
On my way back home I passed by some trinitario trees that embellished the place and I admired them for a while... I kept walking and in the court they were rehearsing the Eliodoro Pineda show band, I stopped to listen to the songs they were playing.

I wanted to stay, but they were already calling me on my cell phone at home and I had to speed up my steps, I could not delay any longer... When I got home I found out that I had to get a copy of the form for the acquisition of construction materials from the community council.
I went out again to get those forms and saw some phrases on the wall of the business that should be applied in one's life, such as: be angry little, know, forgive and yell little. I don't know who the owner of those words is, but they are so valuable because of their meaning that they should not be ignored.

Saludos a mi comunidad de Actifit, hoy fue un día de muchas actividades, así que voy a comentarles con qué inicié mi día, por supuesto activé mi contador de pasos. Empecé por dejar a mis hijas en la escuela y me devolví a casa a buscar a mi mamá, ya que debía acompañarla al banco.
La cola no estaba muy larga, así que la hice para el cambio de clave de la tarjeta de débito, mi mamá la mandé a sentar. Retiro efectivo y nos fuimos, Pasé por una plaza que venden libros nuevos y usados, vi que la estructura de la plaza cambió, compré medicinas que se necesitaban.

Me fui a la casa nuevamente a ejecutar otras asignaciones, el contador de pasos seguía activo… Salí junto a mi esposo a realizar unos exámenes de laboratorio, pero se realizan en ayunas, así que quedo para mañana.
Le dije a mi marido que quería ver unos zapatos tranquilamente y aceptó que fuese sola. Me sentí aliviada, porque vería sin problemas, si iba con ellos tenía que hacerlo deprisa por mi hija.
De regreso a casa pasé por unos árboles de trinitarias que embellecían el lugar y me puse a admirar un rato… Seguí caminando y en la cancha estaban ensayando la banda show Eliodoro Pineda, me volví a parar a escuchar las canciones que tocaban.

Sus bailarinas, al compás de la música, quería quedarme, pero ya me estaban llamando por el celular en mi casa y tuve que agilizar los pasos, ya no podía demorarme más… Al llegar a casa me encuentro que hay que sacar copia a la planilla de censo para adquisición de materiales de construcción por el consejo comunal.
Salí nuevamente a obtener esas planillas y vi unas frases en la pared del negocio que hay que aplicar en la vida de uno, como: enfadarse poco, saber, perdonar y gritar poco. Desconozco quién es el dueño de esas palabras, pero son tan valiosas por el significado de las mismas a las que no hay que hacer caso omiso.
