My Actifit Report Card: August 12 2023

in Actifitlast year

We stayed over the weekend at a more rustic campground that did not have electricity or water. Unfortunately we forgot to mark the limitations in our calendar, so when we got there our water tank was only a third full.
I walked the full length of the campground and found a hand pump that would pull up spring water after a few good pulls. We weren't too sure about drinking it, so I drove into town and got several gallons of drinking water. Then when we had empty jugs, I took those back to the spring pump and used them to replenish our fresh water tanks.

Does carrying two eight pound jugs count as weightlifting?

Our five year old had started helping the twins to get their own mustard! Despite our best efforts, they have decided they prefer yellow mustard to Dijon mustard. Little savages!

Which food is this on the flood, kind of curious.
Hope the camping is going on well. Didn't you factor in water when choosing the camp ground

Yellow mustard on a salmon patty.

Water availability isn't usually a big issue for us, we have more than enough room in our freshwater tanks for 2-3 days, and that's as long as we can go without electricity hookups (because we need hookups for our internet and I have to work). The problem was that I forgot to mark those details in our trip planner so we weren't properly prepared. We don't drive with our water tanks full unless we know we will need it, because more weight increases trailer sway and decreases fuel efficiency.
