It was a good day to get up and exercise! I logged 10,000 steps yesterday morning running. It felt great to be outside, breathing in fresh air, and working off some of the energy from the weekend. While I enjoyed running, I also incorporated some fitness exercises into my routine throughout the day. By doing these exercises, not only did they help me burn calories, but they also improved my overall health and well-being. Overall, it was an excellent way to start my day!
