RE: My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2024 Let's Make and Play with Papa! / パパと作ってあそぼう!

You had quite a day, navigating the challenges of a rainy morning with an energetic child. It's impressive to see the progress your son has made in understanding and coping with changes in plans, especially when it comes to outdoor activities. Rainy days certainly pose a unique set of challenges for parents, but it seems like you're finding creative ways to keep him engaged indoors.

The crafts you described from the community center event, like the pine cone kendama and the spinning top, are fantastic ideas. It's great that these activities not only entertained your son but also helped him develop his motor skills and creativity. Preparing similar craft kits at home for future rainy days sounds like a proactive and fun solution.

Your commitment to your own well-being, as evidenced by squeezing in a run, is commendable. Running 11 kilometers, especially after a break, is no small feat. It's important to find that personal time for physical activity, which can be a great stress reliever.

Enjoying a well-deserved beer and motsu-nabe after a run sounds like the perfect way to end the day. It's all about balancing family time with personal care and relaxation. Here's hoping for more sunny days for your walks, but it's great to see how well you're managing the rainy ones!

Thank you for your comment! It's a lot of work, but I'm glad to see how much my son has grown. For me, running is very important for my mental health. I can get so stressed out with work and childcare that regular exercise is a great way to refresh my mind.
I also read your post on Actifit. I think balance is important in everything. I would like to continue Actifit for my health care.
