Bueno amigos de SWC y Actifit esto ha sido todo por hoy y nos veremos en un próximo post!
Hola a todos mis amigos de la comunidad de SWC y Actifit pues es un gran placer traerles estás fotografías de mi día junto a la actividad que estaba haciendo de los 5000k pasos de Actifit como costumbre en todo este trayecto que recibimos a los muchachos de SWC que vinieron a visitarnos acá a nuestra ciudad de punto fijo dónde los recibiríamos a nuestros amigos los cuales son @manuelramos y joscar mundos, vinieron con un proyecto el cual sera realizar una competencia la cual será próximamente y estamos bastante emocionados de poder participar con ese gran entusiasmo que tenemos cada uno de nosotros, pues pronto tendremos más detalles de esa competencia y los mantendremos informados, estaríamos en la casa de nuestro amigo @johnnym7777 donde se estarían quedando y iríamos a echar broma un rato, charlar sobre muchas cosas aparte de lo que se estába planeando, nos pusimos a jugar un rato también aprovechando el tiempo libre por parte de los muchachos y yo aproveché de tomarme unas fotografías también con la franela de SWC, ya luego poco a poco se terminaría el día pero la verdad es que me gustó nuevamente completar mi actividad en los pasos ya que me he puesto más constante con esto y obviamente tambien de ver a grandes amigos de la comunidad de SWC y como bien saben pues entre calistenicos somos otra familia más, que sea este y otros días más disfrutando momentos juntos a ellos 💪🏻❤️.Well friends of SWC and Actifit this has been all for today and we will see you in a next post!
Hello to all my friends from the SWC and Actifit community, it is a great pleasure to bring you these photographs of my day together with the activity that I was doing of the 5000k steps of Actifit as usual throughout this journey that we received the SWC boys who came to visit us here in our city of Punto Fijo where we would receive our friends who are @manuelramos and joscar mundos, they came with a project which will be to hold a competition which will be soon and we are quite excited to be able to participate with that great enthusiasm that each one of us has, well soon we will have more details of that competition and we will keep you informed, we would be at the house of our friend @johnnym7777 where they would be staying and we would go to joke around for a while, chat about many things apart from what was being planned, we started playing for a while also taking advantage of the free time on the part of the boys and I took the opportunity to take some photographs also with the SWC shirt, and then little by little the day but the truth is that I liked to complete my activity in the steps again since I have become more constant with this and obviously also seeing great friends from the SWC community and as you well know, between calisthenics we are another family, may it be this and other days more enjoying moments together with them 💪🏻❤️.Nos vemos en una próxima publicación, gracias por tu visita a mi blog!
