Bueno amigos de la comunidad esto ha sido todo por hoy y nos veremos en un próximo post!
Hola a todos mis amigos de la comunidad de Actifit y SWC espero que se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy pues vengo a compartirles como fue que complete como de costumbre mis 5000k pasos de Actifit dónde mi día se baso desde la mañana cuando fui a trotar con mi amigo @sw-yisus dónde trotamos una distancia que no habíamos trancitado casi pero quisimos probar para agarrar una ruta nueva e ir completando los pasos correctamente, junto a la música y concentración que teníamos en ese momento pues fue todo un exito el trote, ya en la tarde pues nos reuniríamos en el centro comercial SAMBIL donde iríamos a una parte la cual no es muy transitada por la gente, un negocio de parrillas donde fue muy recomendado por parte de nuestro amigo Johnny y le diría a los demás amigos de SWC Manuel ramos, joscar y José que ese lugar era muy bueno para pasar un gran momento como buenos compañeros en la comunidad, aprovecharía de tomar unas cuantas fotos del lugar también y del centro comercial en si, también unas cuantas selfies por mi parte disfrutando el momento junto a mis compañeros, la verdad es que la parrilla estuvo increíble y bastante buena sobretodo, ya luego quedaríamos todos bastante satisfechos y decidiriamos irnos ya a nuestras casas después de todo pues se disfruto bastante el día junto a todos, espero se vuelva a repetir pronto 🙌🏻❤️.Well friends of the community, this has been all for today and we will see you in a next post!
Hello to all my friends from the Actifit and SWC community, I hope you are all doing well today because I came to share with you how I completed, as usual, my 5000k steps in Actifit, where my day was based on the morning when I went jogging with my friend @sw-yisus where we jogged a distance that we had not traveled almost but we wanted to try to take a new route and complete the steps correctly, along with the music and concentration that we had at that time, the jog was a complete success, in the afternoon we would meet at the SAMBIL shopping center where we would go to a part that is not very busy by people, a grill business where it was highly recommended by our friend Johnny and I would tell the other SWC friends Manuel Ramos, Joscar and José that this place was very good to have a great time as good companions in the community, I would take advantage of taking a few photos of the place as well and of the shopping center itself, also a few selfies on my part enjoying the moment with my Friends, the truth is that the grill was incredible and quite good above all, then we were all quite satisfied and decided to go home after everything because we really enjoyed the day with everyone, I hope it happens again soon 🙌🏻❤️.Nos vemos en una próxima publicación, gracias por tu visita a mi blog!
