Today was just a quick workout. I did 3 sets of curls and should presses. I'm trying not to do too much to start off. Besides that, I did a lot of chores around the house. Tomorrow I'll have a lot of idle time so I'm not sure how many steps ill be able to get in.
I finished the day with about 10000 steps which is pretty good. I also had 10 floors, but only 7 active minutes. I also neglected to log my food. I'll try to do better at that tomorrow.
Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Today's song was fittingly "Alive and Kicking" by nonpoint. I've always really liked this band and this song. With lyrics like "I'm stronger now even after everything that you did..." it makes a great workout song.
