Today was an off day. I wasn't able to get much done. I left my watch off for a while so I missed a lot of steps during that time period. It was in a dark place. So that's why it thinks I slept for 14 hours. In actuality, I had just under six hours of sleep. It's not great, but it's also not that bad.
I finished the day with just under 10,000 steps. I really struggled to get there. I didn't register any active minutes, but I'm pretty sure something's wrong with my Fitbit for that. I have to reset it every now and then. I also only had three flights of stairs. I didn't really record my food today. And it's too late. I'll just pick it back up tomorrow.
Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Today that song was Re-arranged by Limp Bizkit. I like to think of this song in terms of haters. My favorite lyrics are "I'd love to be the one to disappoint you when I don't fall down." I know that most people think this song is about a relationship, but I think it's about a power dynamic and a shift.
My goals for tomorrow are 10000 steps and 30 active minutes.
