Working out with Grok3: February 20 2025

There's nothing like ending your day with a good rib eye steak. It would have been better if I had met both of my goals, but that's okay. I had set out to get 10,000 steps and 30 active minutes today. I only succeeded in one of those two. I had a rough day at work and I just didn't feel like working out too hard when I got home.

I managed to finish the day with over 11,000 steps, but only five active minutes. I also had 11 flights of stairs. I didn't bother tracking my food today. It wasn't one of my goals, but I think I did okay.

Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Today was a little bit different. For most of my workout, I was just looking up things on Grok and then feeding it to a text to speech tool and listening to it while I worked out. I learned a lot about blockchains and the integrity of the blockchain and hashing and a bunch of other stuff. As my workout was coming to an end, I thought, "Hey, maybe I can have Grok write a song for me." I asked it to write a 4 minute long rap song without a hook and this is what it gave me. I thought it was pretty good. It said the title was Unbreakable Reign. It also produced the image. It's a crazy world we live in today.

Anyway. That's it for tonight. Tomorrow my goal is again 10000 steps and 30 active minutes.
