Since it's Sunday and all, figured I'd post this picture of the Sun.
Today was another good day. We woke up an hour earlier today due to the time change. Because of that, I've been kind of dragging all day, but still managed to be pretty productive. We went to church, did some grocery shopping, played little basketball (shooting around), smoked some chicken and started an audiobook. So I was pretty active.
I finished the day today with just over 11000 steps and 10 flights of stairs. I would try to do some more, but I'm already tired. So that will have to suffice. After I post this, I'm going to try to do a factory reset on my Fitbit to see if that fixes the issues I've been having with the HR and sleep monitoring.
Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Today's song was I Miss You by Blink-182. I like this song, mainly for the deadpan way the one singer sings. I don't know which one it is. I think it's funny but also gives their songs a sense of realism.
Anyway, I better get this posted. Tomorrow's goal is 10000 steps and low carb again.

I started Principles by Ray Dalio. It's pretty good so far. I like non-fiction books about successful people and businesses.
