Today was a pretty uneventful day. I probably relaxed a little more than I should have, but I ended up getting my 10,000 steps done. I didn't meet my locking goal though.
I finished the day with over 10,000 steps, but I also had 57 active minutes. Only five flights of stairs though.
Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Today's song was Get Busy by Sean Paul. I really like this song. It makes me want to dance. Which is kind of funny.
Anyway, I'm almost late posting this, so tomorrow's goals are 10,000 steps in two meals logged.
