A campfire is probably one of the things we have in common with our most recent ancestors. Sitting around it, maybe having some food on a stick to grill it over the fire - it's an inexplicable joy for most of us. Whether it's hot or cold, there might be mosquitos that think we are as delicious as the meat we grill, the knowledge that all our clothes will stink beyond belief the next day: we flick to the fire!
