Wow, parts of that route bring back some memories!
Mandaluyong circle used to have a big market on a Sunday night I think, I bought a fake Addidas Philippines training top there! Down Makati Avenue, past Greenbelt. VERY expensive but there was a wonderful Cuban restaurant there. It looks like you did a lap around Mall of Asia! Baywalk. Weekends were amazing when it was full of pop-up restaurants and live bands. In Malate, one of my favourite bars and restaurants was Cowboy Grill, another place with hardly any foreigners so I loved it.
I really appreciate this nudge to my memory banks. Thank you. Love the pink hair, loved the green hair, admire anyone who dares to be different!
Safe cycling, and keep sane through all this damned Covid. Hope life is treating you as well as can be :-)
I see you had a lot of time in Metro Manila!
Yeah, there are many not-so-original branded things here haha, we call it "CLASS A" !
I miss the weekends in Mall of Asia Seaside, it is used to be like a funfair, and yes with live bands, and every Friday at around 7-8PM there's a fireworks display! I really miss the pre-pandemic era.
I wonder how many years you stayed here, it seems you've stayed longer, that's cool!
