It was a bit of an odd day today, it was a workday but I first had to visit the hospital for my regular checkup which happens every four months now, then I did a small delivery job, went back to the workshop for a while to do some small tasks and at 1pm I went home for my dentist appointment so it was a short work day 😁
I cycled to the dentist and back, all in all good for 6k steps but only 13 heart load minutes 👀
